My friend Earl and I visited the Chihuly Gardens in Seattle. This day trip involved car, boat, cab, monorail, shank’s mare. That may be why we both look like refugees from a tour bus in the free photo taken at the garden. Hey, free.
It also involved a love of glass and a sense of humor. Dale Chihuly combines beauty with a laugh better than anybody. My kind of artist.

Hi. Thanks for stopping by. I live in the Pacific Northwest, out on the Olympic Peninsula. The most valuable thing in my wardrobe may be my rain boots. My Maltese Dotty gets curly when she’s wet, and since her tummy isn’t far above the grass, she’s wet a lot.

He has a wonderful permanent exhibit in the Oklahoma City Museum Of Art. If you come down this way we will take you to it.
